1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, initiating a 14-day trial, or subscribing to any TradeMate Direct or Agency White Label plan provided by OctopusCRM Solutions Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Master Terms of Service.
2. E-Signatures Legal Compliance
OctopusCRM on-site electronic signature captures comply with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN), UETA, and the UK eIDAS Regulation. Touchscreen signatures captured alongside GPS telemetry and timestamp audit logs form legally binding contracts between trade workers and end customers.
3. Agency White-Label Reseller Duties
Agencies subscribing to Wholesale Reseller Tiers (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are responsible for managing sub-tenant user allocations, maintaining custom CNAME DNS records, and collecting customer subscriptions. White-label partners must enforce customer compliance with standard fair usage limits.
4. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your dashboard. Refunds are governed by our standard 14-day money-back window for initial plan upgrades.
